The script helps automate communication with the user after leaving a request to increase the conversion to a conversation with a manager.

How the script works

The user left a request for a course.
During non-working hours, the user will receive a message that their application has been received and will be contacted during working hours. Notification of non-working hours improves the user’s experience of interacting with your online school and increases the chance of a purchase.
During working hours, the manager sees the application and calls about it as soon as possible.
If the user does not answer the call, the manager changes the status in the CRM to “Could not get through”.
